We
are looking for an hr executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning
and development and employee performance programs. Must have relevant
experience in talent acquisition, worked in a fast paced environment preferably
with real estate organizations or real estate channel partners.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in human resources departments and thorough knowledge of employment laws. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Responsibilities:-
· Implement
effective end to end employment cycle (sourcing , screening, interviewing
techniques, joining & exit formalities)
· Documentation
& maintaining employee dossiers
· Assess
training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all
employees
· Monitor
HR department’s budget
· Act
as the point of contact regarding employee relation
·
Manage Employees’ Grievances
·
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS & ATS)
·
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
·
Oversee daily operations of the hr department
·
Design compensation and benefits packages
·
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation, and preservation of human capital
·
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
·
HRMS process implementation for attendance & payroll
· Maintaining HR MIS Data.
Requirements:-
·
Proven work experience as an hr executive
·
Familiarity with human resources management systems and applicant tracking
systems
·
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
·
Good knowledge of employment laws (particularly employment contracts, employee
leaves and insurance)
·
Demonstrable leadership abilities
·
Solid communication skills
Qualifications
· MBA
– HR Or related degree from a reputed university.
·
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
·
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
·
Excellent active listening, negotiation & presentation skills
·
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
·
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
